1. The clothing being exchanged must have all tagsintact and must not have been used, altered (such as resizing), washed, ordamaged;otherwise, it will not be eligible for exchange.
2.In the case of damaged goods, exchanges are limited to the same style andcolor. For size-related exchanges, customers can choose to exchange for aproduct of equal or higher , but you will be responsible for paying the pricedifference. If the exchanged product has a lower price than the originalproduct, the price difference will not be refunded.
3.Forissues other than product damage, such as personal preference ordissatisfaction with the product's fit, we do not accept any form ofexchange/return/refund.
4.Customers can choose to exchange in-store immediately or return via SF Express.If the exchange is due to a product quality issue or our mistake, we will coverthe shipping cost for the exchange. If it is due to customer reasons (such assize not fitting), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5.Please return the item, along with the receipt, to the designated address orreturn it to the specified store within 7 days after receiving the confirmationof the exchange. After we receive and inspect the product, and confirm theissue, we will proceed with the exchange.
6.The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
-Custom-made products
-Products purchased from offline physical stores cannot be exchanged through theofficial online store.
-Products purchased with a 50% discount.
-Lost electronic or physical invoices from the purchase.
-Products that exceed the return and exchange period.
7.If the customer chooses to return the item by mail, we will arrange theexchange within 5 business days after receiving the returned product andconfirming it is in good condition.
